the in charge of each centre also have grades and titles and all
at the mo the lowest is head of centre
there were 2
cruella and bee joo the head of bmc (the ppl who came up with the anti bullying thingy and project cabin)
well now
THERES ONLY 1

bee joo just got promoted to deputy director
cruella got NOTHING
